I deeply understand how hard a healing journey can be, and I want you to know I approach it with the utmost tenderness and compassion. I feel it is sacred work to support individuals on their journey. Whether you are an adult or a child, I want to guide you as you find yourself caught in patterns and cycles that feel beyond your control—patterns that impact your relationships, ability to reach personal goals, and/or impact how you show up in the world. My work is to gently help you unpack these stories (at your pace) through a gentle and supportive process
With 13 years of experience as a school psychologist, I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to uncover how past wounds show up in present-day challenges. Through gentle exploration, I want to help you break free from limiting patterns, connect more deeply with others, and provide a safe space for you to reconnect with you true self.
Healing can often feel overwhelming. I see this work as a journey of rediscovering who you truly are, not through the lens of your past experiences, trauma, or shame, but through the strength and resilience you carry within you. I am here and honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your strength and begin to heal, one messy step at a time.

I offer group sessions for adults 18+ focused on narrative-based trauma care, drawing from the Allender Center’s approach to story work. In these compassionate sessions, we explore the stories that shape your life, gently unpacking the trauma and experiences that impact your present-day journey. This group provides a safe space for healing, where participants can connect with others, engage in meaningful story work, and begin to understand their narrative more fully with care, resilience, and self-compassion.
Sometimes, we just need someone to talk to—a compassionate listener who can help us make sense of what we're feeling and guide us through life's challenges. A consult can provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your concerns, gain clarity, and receive gentle guidance to help you move forward.
Note: This is not therapy, but rather a chance to reflect, gain insight, and gather tools that may help you on your journey. Please note that these consultations are not reimbursable by insurance but are offered with deep care and understanding as you take the next step toward healing.
I offer educational consults with a compassionate focus on helping parents navigate the complexities of special education and 504 plans for their child. My approach is tailored to your family's unique needs, offering a safe space to ask questions, explore options, and make informed decisions that best support your child's growth and success.
I offer professional development trainings for school districts, tailored to the unique needs of your staff, parents, and students. These sessions can be customized to support your team in understanding and addressing the needs of students, helping parents navigate special education processes, or fostering a compassionate, supportive environment for everyone in the school community.
